Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in preparing and filing delivery documents (DO, invoices, POD).
- Support Logistics Admin with data entry and performance tracking for both company and outsource trucks.
- Help coordinate with outsourced truck providers on communication and documentation.
- Group communicate with Sales, Warehouse, and teams to ensure alignment on deliveries.
- Assist in preparing route plans and weekly reports.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative support tasks as assigned.
